initially a one bedroom apartment, the rose bay apartment was converted into a two bedroom unit through the use of tight design, bringing enormous amenity and value to the occupants. the relocation of the kitchen provided connection to the living spaces and a spectacular view from the new breakfast bar, whilst also vacating space for a new second bedroom.
